With architectural and interior design by KZ Studio, landscaping by Pedro Rabelais, and structure developed by Companhia Reis, the house features a well-executed layout with clear zoning: social and service areas on the ground floor and private areas on the upper floor.

The social area stands out for the integration of spaces, abundant natural lighting, and direct connection to the leisure area. The lighting design was meticulously planned to highlight volumes, materials, and the surrounding landscaping.

Outside, the property offers a complete experience: a pool lined with hijau stone, heated spa, aquarium-shaped fire pit, and an extensive garden with an automated irrigation system.
